Program Name : Channel Excellence Program Duration: (18) weeks Program age group : All Ages Y/O Classe Capacity : 12 Tuition: $50.00 per month for 5 months ❖ ❖ The following payment will be invoiced monthly Following payment will be invoiced monthly Description : Channel for Excellence is our number one recommended cross training program designed and developed by Channel Performance. Channel for Excellence allows though’s who don’t want to belong to one sport to be allowed to train in many sports with less commitment with high caliber coaches. Channel for Excellence strengthens the overall body, awakens all muscle groups. (Training in one sport will only make a child over use the same muscle groups, which increases a child’s chance of injury, or Plato in training). Channel Excellence will teach a child new movement patterns which will help an athlete learn quicker in their specific sport, and fix bad habits. Each week will be a new lesson from curriculum shown below : ● Element Core Control : Full body movement, squats (plies) challenged with body lean, different foot placements, arm sequences, flexibility, jumps, balance, control, and rhythm  ● Track : (Power, agility, response time, cardio) ● Alixa Flexibility-Multi-sport flexibility : Full body flexibility, challenging athletes in new positions, and fascia release) ● Vertical jump : How to use and understand body mechanics while jumping ● life Skills : Confidence, Creativity, Goal-setting , Self-image and social skills ● Public speaking : Public speaking is known for being the number one fear in most people. When an athlete overcomes fear in public speaking their confidence in performing under pressure gives them tools to overcome mental blocks. ● Performance psychology : 15 min one-on-one sessions with specialist for * 8 years and up ● Yoga : Strength, flexibility, techniques for breathing, techniques for injury prevention, techniques for relaxation, core control, and balance ● Martial Arts: Discipline, patience, stability, control, self defence, the art of karate ● Hands on cooking : Good nutrition and healthy recipes for athletes ● And more flexible cross training classes will added
