Kris is currently working as a strategy and marketing consultant, and he previously worked as both the Projects Manager and Business Development Manager for the Industrial Division at Procon Mining & Tunneling. In those roles, he helped manage and coordinate multi-million dollar development and construction projects in underground mines. In addition, his experience working for the provincial government in the gaming industry, in the capacity of Sales and Retail Development Co-ordinator, helped him to develop and strengthen relationships with many influential stakeholders in the community. Kris’ expertise lies within the areas of strategy, marketing, communications and process optimization. While participating in the MBA program at the Edwards School of Business, Kris helped to create a Strategic Communications Plan for the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Saskatchewan as they transition into a new Children’s Hospital in Saskatoon in the
coming years. He also has a strong ability to manage multiple tasks, identify and mitigate risks, and accomplish all deliverables on time and on budget. His passion lies in working effectively in teams, and contributing to a strong work culture.
Kris holds a B.Comm (Marketing) and an MBA, both from the Edwards School of Business, and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business.
