Dale Upton

I have been involved coaching track and field for twenty-four years specializing sprints and hurdles. During this time I have been head coach of several summer provincial track teams representing Saskatchewan. In 2009 Canada Summer Games and 2019 Western Canada Summer Games sprints and hurdle coach for the province. I have branched out in training speed and agility for University Huskie Football team, soccer teams and Valkyries Football athletes. Through educational courses and mentor coaching, I have developed a keen knowledge of gait analysis and running mechanics to improve athlete mobility.
